Forgotten orders auto-close
As part of the Jetti BRM product, automatic closing / cancellation of "forgotten" orders is implemented. This is a function that, according to a schedule (every 5 minutes), selects unclosed orders that have a delivery date more than a day ago from the current moment and sets the "Closed" status if there is a linked receipt, otherwise the "Canceled" status. If the outlet has an increased cooking time in Jetti, then the site itself
this time will increase for the order. In addition, upon a call from the manager, the operator can increase (change) this parameter if the point is loaded and already
can't handle the flow. You can change it directly from CRM, on the outlet tab:
BRM Analysis Report
With the help of the report, the head of the CC carries out an analysis of the work of the autobot. The main indicator is the percentage of successful orders, that is, it is the percentage of orders from the total number of orders
from a specific source (website, mobile application, aggregator), which has been successfully confirmed by the BRM autobot.
The report allows you to analyze the percentage of order confirmation for each retail chain,
for each source of the order every hour.
