Installing an application on an Android device
You need to download the installation file for installation on Android OS
In the Android OS settings, you must allow the installation of the application from unknown sources, usually it is located here:
Settings> Security> Unknown sourcesSet the switch to ON.
Then run the installation file.

Installing an application on an iOS device
Necessary install TestFlight app
After installation, allow sending notifications to the application
Click the continue button
Select Jetti Delivery App in the list and install it
After installation, click the button start testing
Click the accept button
Click Install
Click open and allow sending notifications for the application
Click Next, Start Testing
The application will ask for a login and password for authorization, which you can get from your manager

Application authorization
Open the application by clicking on the corresponding shortcut on your smartphone. The initial screen of the application will appear. For further work, you need to log in to do this, click on the " Login " button
After clicking on the "Login" button, the application will redirect you to the browser for authorization.
In the smartphone browser, you need to log in with your credentials.
After authorization, the application will ask you to enable geolocation. If geolocation is not enabled, be sure to turn it on and click the "OK" button.
Under the button “Continue” there is a button “Change account”. If you need to log in as a different user, you need to click on it
Can I swap orders, delivery sequence?
You can change the route (delivery sequence), for this you need to click on the order and hold your finger on the screen, just drag it to the appropriate place in order.

Application menu and settings
The main menu of the application consists of 3 sections:
History - displays the delivery history for the entire day.
Route - Information about the order in which the orders are delivered.
Kitchen - this is a list of pending orders to which the courier is assigned.
You can also customize:
Navigators that will open for building routes
Turn Notifications on or off
Automatic change of the order status to " arrived " when you approach the destination
Choose a theme
Find out the current version of the application

Working with orders
The itinerary is your ordering journey that starts and ends at the restaurant.
Orders are sent to the route when ATT assigns a courier.
The " New deliveries " tab displays orders for which the courier is assigned, but they are still in the kitchen.
For detailed information on the order, click on the order, will be displayed:
Order number
Delivery address
For how long is the delivery and type of order (temporary / current)
Payment: The amount of payment, type of payment, if the order is paid, there will be a note "paid"
Order price
Client name
A comment
buttons for routing and calling the client.
Once you have taken all of the orders that are lucky for once, click I leave.
Press exactly when you start the route.
At the bottom, the Moved Up button will appear.
To change the order of delivery , click on the order and hold your finger on the screen and drag to the desired place in order.
When you arrive at the first address on the list, click Arrived .
Please note: the application captures the geodata where you pressed the button!
Click Delivered when the order has been delivered to the customer.
The delivered order appears in the Delivered list and in the History section.
After you have delivered all the orders, the message Route completed will appear on the screen.
When you return to the restaurant press the button At the point , and you can start a new route.

Problematic order
To mark an order as problematic, click on the exclamation point triangle and select a reason. Some reasons cannot be established without first transferring the order to the status arrived . If the guest is not at the address, you can start waiting and finish when the guest arrives at the address, this problem can only be raised after the status has arrived.
You can see the problem by falling into the order.
If necessary, it is possible to return the order to the kitchen. To do this, go to the order , and select return to the kitchen .
The order will no longer be displayed in the itinerary and will appear in new deliveries .
